All Electric R/C Car Series No.755

1/12 SCALE R/C LUNCH BOX EVO.

Length: 394 mm. Image shows painted and assembled kit.

This assembly kit R/C model is an updated version of the legendary Lunch Box, the original of which was first released in 1987. The original chassis frame is largely unchanged, but is given new suspension and oil dampers. The customized van body is molded in reinforced plastic, and securely affixed to the chassis sides with 4 screws. It is 7mm lower than on the original, and comes with updated stickers to decorate it: the illustration on the sides is the work of the same artist as on the original Lunch Box, and the lightning flashes have a reworked design.

Evolved Chassis
This kit largely keeps the original chassis frame, but pairs it with updated suspension setups: double wishbone at the front and a 3-link rigid setup with stabilizer at the rear, plus CVA oil dampers on all four corners. Its tread is 10mm wider and the wheelbase is 10mm longer than the original Lunch Box, for improved traction and controllability, while equal length steering tie-rods give smooth action. One-piece deep rim wheels are molded in yellow plastic to match the body, and paired with 115mm lug pattern tires. Give the model full throttle on grippy surfaces to have it perform wheelies using the aluminum wheelie bar on the rear.
