WALKING TRICERATOPS

Length: 284mm. Image shows assembled kit.

This assembly kit creates the Triceratops, a herbivorous dinosaur which lived in the Late Cretaceous period 66 million years ago. A central motor moves the hind legs via gearbox and cranks; this movement is transmitted to forelegs with link rods. It walks slowly with alternating strides, the head and tail also moving. The three big horns and frill are distinctive features of Triceratops. The head, body and legs are pre-cut wooden parts with holes, and the gearbox is also pre-assembled. Easy snap-fit and screw-together assembly.
